Kaps penetrating dye for smooth leather

Kaps penetrating dye / penetrating dye is special for dyeing your smooth leather shoes or boots.
Leather can discolor over time. With Kaps’ Pentetrating Dye, you can restore the existing color that has faded. It is also possible to dye your shoes or boots to a different color. It is only possible to dye your shoes from light to darker.

How to use Kaps Penetrating Dye?

• Before you can start dyeing, it is important that you first clean your shoes or boots.
• First remove the dust and dirt with a dirt brush.
• Then clean the leather with a leather cleaner. This removes old paint, cream and polish and allows the paint to be applied evenly.
• Let your shoes dry thoroughly!
• You can cover the heel and sole with some masking tape to prevent drips.
• With the included brush you can paint the leather in thin layers.
• Ready? Now let them dry sufficiently. Not quite satisfied with the color yet? Feel free to repeat the dyeing until the desired result!
• Let your shoes dry for quite a while after dyeing. If they are completely dry you can get started with a nourishing shoe polish for a beautiful shine!

Tip: Always check beforehand for color accuracy.
