How to use the Slip Fix cushions
- Make sure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry so the adhesive bonds well.
- Peel the backing from the cushion.
- Position it under the ball of the foot, in the front section of the shoe.
- Press down firmly for a few seconds to secure it in place.
- Repeat with the second cushion in your other shoe.
